As first time buyers we did not have a clue how to go about buying a property, but Jeanette guided us through the process from putting forward an offer to final completion. We cannot thank her enough for her helpful, friendly approach and advice. In fact, she offered so much more in the way of advice and help than our solicitor, so for that we are truly appreciative! We are now settling into our new home, and this morning we were thrilled to find some flowers on our doorstep from everyone at home. Even though we were purchasing so essentially not their client, Home have been excellent from start to finish throughout our house purchase. I'd even go as far as saying they did a better job of keeping us informed of what was happening and chasing things than our own Solicitors. Estate Agents in general have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say, Home have been one of the best we've ever had to deal with (and we have unique experience of being tenants, landlords, flat sellers and now a house buyer!)

A massive thanks to the whole team at Home, especially Jeanette who went above and beyond our expectations in the sale of our property. She was outstanding as we had a very difficult chain and she was on the case every day pushing for an exchange date. we are so glad we chose Home as our estate agent. All the team in the office were equally helpfull, knowledgeable about our sale, professional but friendly. Jeannette was brilliant throughout what turned out to be a difficult sale. Without her persistence with conitinually nudging both sets of solicitors it would have taken much longer. The whole team kept us well informed and without exception allways returned our calls, something many agents are laxed with. In my opinion they really are a great Organisation, and very well run. I would not hesitate to recommend them 100%, and will definitely use them again to sell.

Even though I did not use Home for buying or selling we were in a long chain of people with us at the top and all of the below being dealt with by Home. If it was not for Jeanette I'm not sure we would have all remained sane! What an absolute star! Totally on the ball and I cannot thank you enough!!!

Now the dust has settled from the above we feel we must express our thanks to all the team at Home Estates for the professional way in which both transactions were handled. The service provided went beyond our expectations and we were very impressed with each member of the team from the initial valuation of our property to the completion of the purchase of our new home. Dear Jeanette I hope you are keeping well I just wanted to send belated thanks for all your assistance with the Purchase of 6 Cambridge Road.  You were at times almost solely instrumental in making this happen, particularly, with all  the issues re Completion Dates at end of the process.  You were far more ‘switched on’ than all the Solicitors involved and I think had you not been so diligent in all your chasing, the ‘chain’ would have totally collapsed!   Wishing you every success for the future  in both your personal and professional life.
