Ami is a graduate from the University of Sheffield. She joined Home in 2013 and has worked her way up to Branch Manager. Meticulous, astute and always on the ball, Ami’s knowledge of the business, the industry and local area is invaluable to clients and buyers. She is always on hand to provide support and advice at every stage of the process, from setting viewings up through to completion!

Dan has worked in the local property market for over 20 years. Looking after many of our high-value properties, he is extremely passionate about knowing his clients and will go out of his way to match them to their next dream home. Professional, approachable and full of energy, Dan has an enormous amount of local knowledge and wealth of industry experience.

Nathan is dedicated to helping people during those initial steps of bringing their house to the market – whether they’re keen to get moving or just exploring possibilities. Nathan is always happy to offer advice and guidance and will always go the extra mile to help you sell, or find your dream home. Having grown up in Leigh, he has a strong local knowledge and passion for the area.

Kyran has been at Home for over 10 years. His role is all-encompassing covering both sales & rental valuations, arranging viewings, sales negotiation, property management and ultimately securing the right buyers & tenants for our clients. His friendly ‘can do’ attitude and personable approach makes him a highly valued member of the team.

Elliott Jones is a Negotiator here at Home, delivering exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and care. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their property journey. Elliott’s positive energy, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction make him an invaluable part of our team.

Hayley heads the rental team department having been with the team at Home for over 9 years. She covers all areas of rental including property management, lettings negotiation, landlord support and our rental portfolio’s legal paperwork. Hayley ensures landlords and tenants receive the highest standard of care meaning you’ll often find her working long into the night.

Hailing from a financial background and a graduate from the University of Leicester, Louise has been a key part of the rental team for over 3 years. As well as helping landlords find their perfect tenants and facilitating a great tenant/landlord relationship, you’ll all find Louise out on viewing showing potential tenants and buyers around their new homes.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the property industry, Claire is an integral part of the Home Estate Agents team in Leigh-on-Sea. As Office Secretary, she ensures everything runs seamlessly—whether it’s creating eye-catching brochures, maintaining compliance, or ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date. Known for her can-do attitude, Claire approaches every task with a smile, and nothing is ever too much to ask.

With her years of experience Linda is an invaluable member of the sales progression team. She works astutely to get sales through to completion, coordinating with solicitors, surveyors, buyers and vendors.

Meticulous, proactive and a fantastic safe pair of hands, Sue keeps the wheels at Home turning. From creating property brochures and arranging EPCs to dealing with all areas of compliance, Sue will be working diligently in the background to ensure everything is exactly as it should be.

Lucy is our in-house social media guru, content creator and ray of sunshine. You’ll often see Lucy, camera in hand, shooting property showcases or creating content to promote local businesses, celebrate the community and provide updates on the local property market. Christine Reed is our experienced Lettings Negotiator, with a strong focus on the operational side of property management. She ensures all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly, from tenancy agreements to maintenance coordination and compliance. Christine’s thorough, organised approach and attention to detail help keep every property managed efficiently.

Chloe has over 15 years’ experience in conveyancing having previously worked for a leading firm of solicitors. Her knowledge and understanding of the pressures and processes from the other side makes her an invaluable member of the team. Always positive and attentive, Chole is a fantastic and down-to-earth member of the team.

Sam is our dedicated, on site mortgage consultant through our partners, We Do Mortgages. Working closely with the Sales and Sales Progression teams, she’s on hand to support buyers through the process giving vendors peace of mind and ensuring things progress as efficiently as possible even if circumstances change. Michael heads up our mortgage partners, We Do Mortgages, working closely with our Sales and Sales Progression teams across both offices. He ensures buyers get the best rates possible for their mortgage and that our clients get the best possible support throughout their sale.
