Tony Kelly has over 40 years experience in estate agency and has considerable knowledge of the local property market. As well as carrying out valuations, Tony has a love for marketing and presentation and this is reflected within the high standards of marketing material produced for all our clients.
Sue Kelly has worked in estate agency with her husband Tony for 30 years and pays great attention to providing a personal service to all of our clients. Leading the team from the front, Sue is always available to help with any aspect of buying and selling.
Neil Gilbert has over 25 years experience in the local property market and as the company’s valuer, is able to provide valuable advice to our clients ensuring that we always achieve the very best price for their property. Neil’s attention to detail is second to none and he is a ‘wizard’ with a camera.
Terri Gilbert with over 25 years experience in local estate agency is a first class negotiator with tremendous success in securing sales for our clients and helping purchasers with all aspects of the transaction. If you need any help or advice in securing a sale, Terri is the lady to go to!
Ami Willis BA (Hons)
Ami has recently moved from the Lettings department to the Sales team in 2016 and her new role includes working closely with Terri and Sue. From arranging market appraisals, generating property interest and booking viewings, she is always on hand to help. Ami graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2013 and joined the team at Home shortly after. Her local knowledge is very strong and is an alumni of both Westleigh and Westcliff High School for Girls.
Nina works closely with Sue, Terri & Ami in the sales team and is your first port of call for any viewings, advice or feedback. She has 18 years experience in estate agency within the local area. As soon as we are instructed to sell your property, Nina will be arranging your first viewings!
Sales Progression Manager
Jeanette heads our sales progression team and has over 20 years experience in the industry. Once a sale is agreed, Jeanette works with both vendors and purchasers on all aspects of progression including searches, surveys, solicitors and contracts. Jeanette ensures exchange and completion proceed as smoothly as possible and she is often here late into the night to oversee progression!
Jennie works in our sales progression team based in the Leigh office. Alongside Jeanette and Linda her work involves chasing sales through from tying up offers to completion. Once you have had an offer accepted it will be Jen that calls to chase your survey, searches and solicitors!
Maggy works on our sales team in the Leigh office, with her friendly personality and professional manner she is popular with clients and staff alike! Her work includes booking viewings, providing feedback and meeting clients to show properties. Having lived and worked in Leigh her whole life, her knowledge and understanding of the local area are second to none.
Emma works as our viewings co-ordinator based in both the Leigh-On-sea and Thorpe Bay offices. If you have booked a viewing with either our offices it is probably Emma that will meet you and show you round! Her friendly face and vivacious personality are infectious and a comforting sight on viewings.
Lettings Department Manager
Hayley heads the lettings department and has been with the team at Home for 4 years. She covers all areas within the lettings department including property management, lettings negotiation and property valuing. Both Hayley and Kyran manage our rental property portfolio's legal paperwork. Hayley works tirelessly to ensure landlords and tenants receive the highest standard of care and you will often see her working away at the back long into the night.
Kyran works alongside Hayley in the rental department. His role is all-encompassing covering property management and maintenance, carrying out viewings and generally being your first port of call! Kyran joined Home just over 2 years ago and has become invaluable to the team with his personable approach. If you need any help with paperwork or advice- drop Kyran an email or a call!
Kerry is our company secretary and she plays a hugely important role with us! Every property that goes on the market with Home, Kerry has drafted including property descriptions, room sizes and pictures! Kerry also arranges all advertising in the local papers and her meticulous attention to detail means properties are portrayed in the best possible light.
Michael runs his own mortgage consultancy, 'We do Mortgages' and works closely with our sales team in the office to ensure our clients get the best rates possible for their mortgages. When buying through Home, we always recommend you speak to Michael before agreeing to a mortgage deal!
